Delivery Destinations

• All doors can be picked up for FREE from our warehouse in Derbyshire
  
• We offer FREE local delivery (Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and some surrounding areas)
• We offer a delivery service for most other areas of the UK (Excl Northern Ireland and North Scotland)
  

Delivery times

All of our doors are pre manufactured in the UK, meaning we can have your door ready for collection on the same day if required (please call us in advance if needed the same day)

• Local delivery takes between 3-5 business days to be delivered to you
  
• Delivery to the rest of the UK is flexible despending on your needs, but we estimate it can take 7-10 working days
  
• If you would like an exact timeframe for your order, please contact us before purchasing

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
• We can accept a prearranged offline payment via cash on collection or delivery

All doors are sold as seen, but to ensure that we provide 100% satisfaction we do offer the following assurances:

• If a product gets damaged during or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund. We may need a proof (photo or video) opening the package or upon receiving the product.
• We have a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day the item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please use the contact form on our website or call us. you will need your order number and a proof of purchase.
• Please note that customers are responsible for organizing the safe return of goods to our warehouse, and all associated costs.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed within 14 days and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:

• Damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though they you may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund but will undergo an inspection)
• No longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour) unless you bought it without seeing it.
